These are generally medicines which are licensed in their country of manufacture (such as the UK), but are not registered in the importing country. We supply our clients globally with unlicensed medicines, allowing pharmacies and clinicians around the world to supply their patients with the medicines they urgently need.

We are a truly global company and regularly export to over 75 different countries. We have longstanding relationships with clients across all continents.

We have a robust network of UK based and international suppliers which has been built up over the past four decades. Our suppliers include manufacturers and specialised wholesalers from around the world. We are able to leverage this network to quickly source medicines, whether they are out of stock or simply ‘hard to find’.

For new customers, payment is typically in advance. We are able to review credit terms after the first few orders.

We can quote and receive payments in GBP (£), EUR (€) and USD ($).

CHAPPER healthcare maintains the highest principles when sourcing and supplying medicines. We are regulated by the MHRA (Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) in the UK and in respect of controlled drugs, by the UK Home Office. We are also regulated by the HPRA for Ireland.

Yes, we have an experienced in-house regulatory and QA team. We also have a number of pharmacists on site.

Logistics and freight:

Yes, we are able to meet all storage requirements including cold storage and hazardous materials. CHAPPER healthcare benefits from having two sites within the UK, each with its own ambient goods storage area (15-25°C), walk-in cold room (2-8°C), CD vault and both sites are backed up by a generator.  We regularly export temperature sensitive products (including fridge lines, frozen and controlled ambient items) to clients in diverse climates; for example, sub-zero conditions in winter in Northern Europe or extremely high temperatures in the Middle East in summer.

We have a comprehensive range of qualified and robust packaging solutions to effectively transport and monitor all pharmaceutical products.

Validated PCM shippers are used for higher risk temperature-controlled shipments.
