Problem

Our client was looking for a partner to distribute their unlicensed product to patients globally.

Solution

CHAPPER was appointed as the global partner for the distribution of the product outside of the UK. This involved supplying the product to their existing customers, existing customers of ours and also the qualification of and subsequent supply to additional accounts where there was unmet patient need.

A year into the project, there was unfortunately a global recall of this product across multiple batches. Working in conjunction with the manufacturer, we were able to react quickly and recall stock in a very short period of time which had been sent to a large number of clients across multiple countries.

Result

Global supply of an unlicensed medicine and proof of a fully tested and robust batch specific recall process.
