Problem

Our client was looking for a reliable partner to distribute their licensed product to public and private hospitals in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, they needed a hub in Europe to supply their mainland European distributors.

Solution

CHAPPER set up a UK wide distribution service offering daily temperature-controlled deliveries to the NHS. CHAPPER utilised their German warehousing to provide a European hub for distributors in mainland Europe, providing European customs clearance and a site for batch release, as well as completing quality checks and storing retention samples.

CHAPPER are providing UK and European storage, including distribution solutions for a product manufactured in Australia with high demand from UK and European customers. Subsequently, CHAPPER were additionally appointed exclusive distributor for the Irish and Austrian markets and hospital numbers continue to grow.
